Chris is the man! I always trust his opinion. While I was in last To schedule a service appointment I purchased/ordered some accessories/parts that will be added during the service appointment. Chris caught that one of the parts ordered was NOT the correct part for my bike, and pointed it out to me later in a phone call. The correct part was then ordered and will be able to be added during the service upcoming appointment. (Employee: Chris Roeback)
